• The Campaign is valid from 18 August 2021 until 30 September 2021, both dates are inclusive (“Campaign Period”) or such other period(s) as may be determined at the absolute discretion of Lexis Safeguard with prior notice of not less seven (7) calendar days.

• This campaign is open to policyholders who successfully purchased a valid comprehensive motor insurance during the campaign period, including new and renewal insurance policy. No minimum premium or sum insured required.

• Each eligible policy will be entitled to get Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN (TNG eWallet Reload PIN) worth RM58.

• Each individual shall be entitled to only ONE (1) TNG eWallet Reload PIN worth RM58 during the campaign period.

• Write a review on Jomm social media, then submit a screenshot of your review to our customer support via WhatsApp after the successful purchase of a motor private car comprehensive policy.

• Eligible policyholders will receive the Reload PIN via WhatsApp within 10 working days after the campaign period.

• Eligible policyholder needs to reply to the WhatsApp within five (5) working days to redeem TnG eWallet. If Reward is not redeemed within the said period, it will be forfeited.

• Lexis Safeguard Motor Protect is underwritten by MPI, Zurich or MSIG.

• Your purchase of Policy is subject to Lexis Safeguard Terms & Conditions and acceptance.

• Lexis Safeguard may, without any prior notice or liability to you, vary campaign terms or withdraw or discontinue this campaign at any time. All matters related to this campaign, including determining eligibility of participation, shall be at the absolute discretion of Lexis Safeguard, and will be final and binding.

• Lexis Safeguard shall not be liable to any participating parties or third party for any costs, expenses, damages, liability and/or injury arising out of or in any way connected with this campaign.

• Lexis Safeguard reserves the right to amend terms and conditions and extend the Promotion Period. Any such changes will be announced on Jomm’s website https://www.jomm.com.my/

• Cancellation or Endorsement(s) performed or transacted during the Campaign period will prohibit policyholder from being eligible for the Campaign.

• Lexis Safeguard’s decisions on all matters related to the Campaign will be final and binding.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN

• There shall be no cancellation or refund once TNG eWallet has been credited to eligible customers.

• The TNG eWallet Reload PIN is not transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, whether in part or full.

• The TNG eWallet Reload PIN shall have a validity period of ONE (1) year from the date it is generated, and it shall be the responsibility of the Customer to utilise the PIN before the expiry date.

• Lexis Safeguard shall not be responsible for expired, lost or stolen TNC e-wallet Reload PIN once PIN is credited to customers and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

Steps to redeem:

• Login your Touch N Go e-wallet account.
• Click on “+Reload eWallet” from your home screen.
• Click on “TNG eWallet Reload PIN” at the bottom of screen.
• Key in your 10-digit TNG eWallet Reload PIN.
• Click “RELOAD NOW” and you’re done!
