1. Valid from 1st December 2021 – 31st December 2021, both dates are inclusive (“Promotion Period”) or such other period(s) as may be determined at the absolute discretion of Jomm with prior notice of not less seven (7) calendar days.
2. Applies to Third party coverage, Third party, fire, and theft coverage (a.k.a. Second party) and Comprehensive coverage (a.k.a. first party)
3. Jomm shall not be liable to any participating parties or third party for any costs, expenses, damages, liability and/or injury arising out of or in any way connected with this promotion.
4. Cancellation or Endorsement(s) performed or transacted during the Promotion period will prohibit policyholder from being eligible for the Promotion.
5. This promotion is applicable with other Jomm discounts or promotions.
6. Jomm reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Free All Driver Coverage Promotion Terms and Conditions

CNY Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Valid from 19th January 2022 – 15th February 2022, both dates are inclusive (“Promotion Period”) or such other period(s) as may be determined at the absolute discretion of Jomm with prior notice of not less seven (7) calendar days.
2. This campaign is open to policyholders who successfully purchased a valid comprehensive motor insurance during the Promotion Period, including new and renewal insurance policy. No minimum premium or sum insured required.
3. Each eligible policy will automatically be entitled to get Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN (TNG eWallet Reload PIN) worth RM5.
4. Participants are required to like and write a review on Jomm’s Facebook page, then submit a screenshot of your review to our customer support via WhatsApp/Messenger/Email after the successful purchase of a motor private car comprehensive policy in order to obtain an additional Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN (TNG eWallet Reload PIN) worth RM5.
5. Eligible policyholders will receive the Reload PIN within 10 working days after the campaign period.
6. Your purchase of Policy is subject to Jomm’s Terms & Conditions and acceptance thereof.
7. Jomm may, without any prior notice or liability to you, vary Promotion terms, withdraw or discontinue this Promotion at any time. All matters related to this Promotion, including determining eligibility of participation, shall be at the absolute discretion of Jomm and its decision shall be final and binding.
